About Me

John Palizza
John Palizza recently retired from teaching investor relations at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Prior to teaching, he practiced investor relations for over twenty years at SYSCO and Walgreens, as well as having been on the buy side at W. P. Stewart, a money management firm. He has an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a law degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a B. A. in History from Coe College in beautiful Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In addition to his teaching, John also consults and gives seminars on investor relations issues.
